Pre-natal and Post-natal fitness
Prenatal Fitness is mild to moderate exercise done during pregnancy to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and increase positive self-image.
Postnatal Training is a postpartum exercise routine that can safely include: Pelvic tilt exercises to strengthen your abdominal muscles. Kegel exercise to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles. Belly breathing to help re-coordinate your breathing throughout your core. Happy baby pose to loosen tight pelvic floor muscles.
Bootcamps
Boot camp or (HIIT) training is the type of workout that commences with dynamic stretching or running, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including lifting weights/objects, pulling a lot of functional training equipment, pushups/situps, plyometrics, and various types of intense explosive routines.
Usually finished with a cool down and stretching.
